DIABETES MANAGEMENT EDUCATION

We are accredited by the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES) to provide Diabetes Self-Management Education. Most insurance companies will cover 10 hours of diabetes education the first year and 2 hours each year thereafter.
This program focuses on enhancing your knowledge about diabetes so you can feel empowered to make the right health conscious decisions for your life. Our Clinical Pharmacist, Kristen, tailors these sessions to your specific needs. The topics can range from healthy eating and physical activity to problem solving and coping.
